My mission is to make the most out of my life and to share my insights with others.
A Bit About Me
Welcome to my website, “The New Inner View”. My name is Debbie Kelley and like most of you, I am seeking a meaningful, purposeful life. My pursuit of optimal health and wellbeing has led me on an exciting journey of self-discovery and self-reflection through meditation and qigong practices.
A forever student, my continued studies and certifications include teaching meditation, mindfulness, qigong, and yoga. I have studied with several Masters like Lee Holden, Ken Cohen, Helen Liang, Chunyi Lin, Nick Loffree and Sarah McLean. I welcome all opportunities for self-betterment and I am currently studying an internal martial arts style of qigong that is more like Tai chi.
My 30-year career as an instructional designer and corporate trainer has set the stage for the next chapter in my life. My teaching experience gives me a unique advantage for sharing what I have learned. I look forward to retirement so I can dedicate more time to these important practices.
Through my research and studies I have found practices that bring peace, joy, and grace to my life. I am still learning every day and invite you to join me on my journey. This website provides a forum to share, discuss, contemplate, and practice life through my blog, meditation, and qigong. You can also join me in-person for qigong classes at Williamston Wellness.

About this Site

This site includes three different opportunities to help you transform into the person you want to be and enjoy the life you were meant to live. Each blog has an associated meditation audio recording and a video qigong practice that provides a bundled opportunity to get you on your way to experiencing more joy and peace in your life.
My Blog
In my blog you will find deep and vibrant discussions about how you think and see the world and the direct impact this has on your life experience. The conversations include self-reflection and awareness about the way you respond to situations and interact with people and the world around you.
Meditation Practices
This site also offers recorded meditations for use in tandem with the blog discussions or any time you need to recharge. These practices help you become more grounded and centered and can reduce stress and increase your self-awareness.
Qigong Practices
The third opportunity in this site are video recordings of qigong practices that will help get your body and energy moving and promote your mind-body connection. Qigong has many health benefits and it is easy and fun to do.
